The Veterans History Committee, part of the Ashland County Historical Society has undertaken the crucial and painstaking task of recording the experiences of Ashland County Veterans.

The committee has put together a survey form that veterans can request from the office, and once filled out, the information is chronicled in our library. Also, the veteran is given the opportunity to do a videotaped interview with our committee members. Each participant is then given a free copy of the tape, and one copy is kept in the library for researchers to use as reference material.
